We’re close to Nottingham and the surrounding areas including Trowell, Bramcote, Sandiacre and Stapleford. We offer discreet, private gated parking directly outside the building.
Easy Access In/Out of Nottingham
Vehicle access to D&S is off Thurman Street, located off the bottom of Nottingham Road (A609). If you live outside of Ilkeston, there’s easy access to and from Trowell, Bramcote, Stapleford and Sandiacre.

We’re next door to Screwfix which is useful if you want to purchase supplies, tools and equipment for moving and storage purposes. An Asda supermarket and local shops are minutes away.
Remote Access Viewing Available
You can arrange a viewing of the premises to examine anything and everything in your own time, by yourself.
- We have the ability to grant temporary access using our remote internet-enabled access control system.
- Once inside you can explore the interior/exterior of the building and see if it meets your needs.
- Our CCTV coverage of the premises shows who is entering/leaving.
- You are welcome to discuss anything with us over the phone.
Although we don’t need to be present during your visit, if you would prefer it, we’re happy to meet with you in person at the premises.
