24/7 Access Control

24-7 means exactly what it says it is – genuine access any time you want whatever day you want.

You can visit our conveniently located Ilkeston storage facility as often as you need. You don’t need to make any arrangements or appointments to access the unit late at night or in the early hours, and there are no hidden charges to do so.

As a storage lease tenant, you’ll be issued with an electronic key fob which, when scanned, grants entry via the access control at the front gate to drive in and park your vehicle. The key fob also grants entry at the main door entrance into the building itself.

The key fobs also act as a sign-in log which allows us to know who is coming and going. This sign-in log is used in combination with our monitored 24/7 monitored CCTV to ensure maximum security, safety and accountability. Please be assured this is in the customers’ interests and is not meant to infringe on privacy.

There are no passwords or PINs. There is no need to call us unless there is a problem, which given the robustness of our system, is highly improbable. If there ever was a problem (perhaps forgetting your fob), you could call us and we would let you in remotely without us having to visit the building.
