Our Ilkeston storage facility premises are monitored by eleven CCTV cameras equipped with night vision and motion sensors.
Real-time alerts are sent to the monitoring team whenever movement or noise is detected. Five cameras are inside the building and six are on the outside. These cameras cover all entrances as well as the fire exit, and parts of the interior. We do not monitor inside customer toilets nor inside the storage units
The building is under surveillance at all times and footage is saved to a hard drive with the possibility of reviewing it as far back 30 days.
Our security measures are in place to make the building a safe place for customers. In combination with the key fob access control, we know exactly who is entering/leaving the premises. Even if one of the CCTV cameras were to fail, we can still establish who was in the building at any point.
